We want you to love your NVGTN gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that all sale items and accessories are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are free of any makeup or deodorant stains.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
